We love Cosplay as much as all of you and it’s an amazing way to showcase your artistic and creative talents!

With this in mind, we have to ensure all those who attend events are in a safe environment.

Behaviours

First and foremost, we want all of you to have an amazing time at our shows. To ensure this, we respectfully draw your attention to the following policies and guidelines, which are there for us all.

We regret to say that where these are not adhered to, those responsible will be asked to leave the show.

Consent – Always ask permission before taking photos of / with Cosplayers.

Nudity – Your costume must cover all vital areas and not be revealing. No nudity at any time.

Respect – Please ask permission before taking a photo of / with a cosplayer. No touching or inappropriate behaviour.

Bad language – Please remember these are family shows and be mindful with the use of colourful language.

Props

Not Allowed:

No actual weapons, metal objects, sharp objects, swords, bows / crossbows, knives.

Allowed:

Coiled whips, Unstrung or loosely strung bow, blunt weapons in a protective sheath, replica guns with a red or orange tip which must be visible.

Please note that all props will be checked when entering the show, any items that do not meet requirements will not be permitted.

We are unable to store these for you so please me mindful of this before setting off. If you are unsure, please contact us.
